wish Cobby well Michael, my 15 year old son had this, his was tilted and kept breaking down in games, our club physio Pete gave him exercises and suggested a gym ball to keep the back upright even when watching the TV or using the PC and this helped, back playing after 6 weeks,

Sorry I'm a bit late: Great performance on Saturday from the lads, Tilbury put on a solid showing with the usual level of ESU brutality that livens up our saturdays. The refs obviously have a different idea of intent when it comes to tackling, but never mind.

Golby and Gareth were superb, Collier pulled out a brilliant save, Heale was excellent, Danny Cowley absolutely outstanding. Hambleys substitution was genius and his goal, god like.

All in all another great day at the Bridge.

Hope you get better Hunty, preferably after the GBT semi, you wont need another battering from Luke and Dan, watch it from the stands it's marginally safer.

Well.....let's put stray elbows and studs on the shin in the past shall we?! This league is not exactly like playing in non contact Serie A is it? Some of the tackling is worthy of the Old Boys soccer I used to play in, where a booking only resulted after a fracture at least. We didn't have stretchers on the touchline, we had coffins.

It's a physical old league and at least we can rely on the refs to handle things properly.

Good luck with the injury old son.
