thats fckn stupid...how about the ref informs the match day announcer....like colin will take time out to fart around holding boards up with 5 minutes to go and losing 1-0...

Extra expense for no apparent reason in my opinion with the yellow balls. They should be used when applicable at the referee's discretion, not just a blanket rule across those three months.
