NEW MANAGERS???

Recommended Posts

Had an email from Unders today letting us know about pre-season, so no managerial changes in that respect. We may be looking for a new reserve team manager(s) but I stress the word may.

dorking have gone through a lot of players. some of them were good players. did the money get pulled?, or was it personalities. i can tell you the dorking side i saw play colliers wood, at the end of the season. was the worst side, i have seen in the ccl. yet the players thought that they were worth paying. ive read about dorking wanting to play local lads. im not sure many of the side i saw were dorking boys.coffee%20%282%29.gif

combination of lack of funds and personalities the fan. in reality few of the 200 ! were capable of mid coco standard. leacock, bennet page, probably better, Hill Newman Coote good players and club guys at this level

alongwith others.

lets see how some of our old boys do at mvscr in prem, and if others stay in div 1

interesting to read king11s views as an ex player, I agree with much but Dorking lads could stay up in the ccl as a minimum, and if some swallowed some pride wed do just fine.

at least two youth guys looking good enough if in a decent side.

Now thats a very, very sad point for DFC,"at least two youth guys looking good enough if in a decent side"Doesnt send good signals for the future,I'm afraid.Especially seeing that the last commando was youth orientated,a so called youth specialist!!!! :cheesy (2): :cheesy (2):

Thats even more scary!!!! Maybe his backround was in tennis(which was mispelt on his CV)!!! Cos it definately wasnt U/18's and producing the ffuture stars of DFC!!!! :bartshocked: Was he a groundsman at the PREM club?

Lets just hope the returning old boys at MVSCR have mercy on their former employers!!! I have to get to that one!!! :applaus:

Also, Mark Beard has got the job at Tooting and has taken Kevin Cooper wit him as assistant/coach. It appears that Kevin was at Chertsey last season as player/coach, having hung up his playing boots!! I thought he was at Haywards Heath with Mark, then Dorking Wanderers. Still, best of luck to them both, and I hope Kev sticks with it this time, as it's a really good opportunity.

Keith Scott has been sacked at Windsor but, in fairness his record last year was pretty average, only coming first in the league and gaining promotion to the SL Premier. There must be more to that one than meets the eye.

Westfield story is correct, although not 100% as to who is manager and who is assistant, but it was Craig who I spoke with when arranging our friendly in July.

Steve Clarke gone from West Ham as well, so I hear. Well, it is the Premier!

I've heard that westfield now have new managers in place! Comer (Manager) & Mooro as his assistant!

On Westfields website it says Mooro and Comer are joint Managers

Also heard caretaker manager for Sheerwater 'Doug Mulchacy' has resigned as chairman to take over the roll as manager permanently.

I've heard it's Bobby Dawson down at Hanworth Villa now, high hopes for him taking them to the next level I'm told.

Yes GP but which way....Higher or lower ?
