Cranfield 2 up and coasting at half time , best 45 minutes performance since lee and i took over, could'nt see how Harpenden could hurt us !!!!! how wrong!! we didnt turn up second half and to be honest neither did harpenden. 12 mins to go and 2 long balls later 2-2 . Feels like a defeat. Still positives are 3 games and really 1 poor half. Roll on Wednesday Crawley away. Lets see what we are made of. Early days but as it stands we have played 3 of the top 7 and lots of positives to be had.

Spot on with your assessment. Should have gone in at the break with a greater lead as you had more of the play and chances.

 

Risborough Rangers came out for the second half with a spring in their step scoring 3 goals before a late strike gave Winslow United hope.

 

Very good, competitive match by two teams who got stuck in.

 

Based on what I saw today, both should be at the business end of the table come the April.

Played my first game for Totternhoe today and came away with a 3-1 win at Bletchley. 1 up at half time and also hit the post. Added 2 more and hit the bar in the second half before Bletchley woke up had a few chances in the last 20 mins. They pulled one back in injury time but still good to pick up 3 points on the opening day
