The only thing to say about tonight is that that was truly awful. It was freezing and I've never seen us play that badly. End of report.

Lost opportunity to win some prize money and lost opportunity to play a semi final.

 

In my opinion this shows the depth of our squad is way short of stepping up.

 

3 poor mistakes and handed 3 goals to ex Towner Billy H who was at Hanwell and perhaps we missed the chance to bring him back.

 

Move on to Thursday, but I doubt many of the 155 tonight will bother.

The thing is that some people will say it's a blessing that we are out of the cup so we can concentrate on the league!

I was disappointed that Brad made so many changes for this match against whingegate as I thought this was a game we were more than capable of

winning and with all our pacey players on show we would have surely exposed the obvious lack of pace across there back four.

Thursday would have been a good game to give some of the players a rest if they needed it.

We did create plenty of chances in the first half. Mostly for Billy Healey, admittedly. Why couldn't we give him passes like that when he played for us?

I agree Tom seems as though the club have missed the boat by not trying to resign Billy he is still young and has scored goals where ever he has played.

7 day approach maybe,but then would he get in ahead of any of our current strikers. ?

Personally I think he would.
