The lad was doing well in the u23 games, so he must have been very frustrated not to be used more in the first team. Another youngster gone. I wish him well. CD Towner Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Despite early promise, I personally didn’t think he was of the standard required for this level of football so if his departure opens up a spot for someone else to come in, I’d see it as a positive move. The only other argument that I’d suggest is that it’s the defense that requires addressing currently as an urgent priority. Good luck to Brandon for the future. Theodopolous Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 We had the same problem with leese last season... even with the season dead with half a dozen or more games to go did he give a few youngsters valuable game time with this season in mind ... did he f###.... he persisted with Thomas and hope right to the end knowing Thomas would play no part this season.... the man has no interest in the future of our club come the end of this season we will no doubt see another mass exodus of players most of them fed up with playing under him and we will have to start all over again... get him out now while we can still rescue this season and put in place a plan for next..
