Enfield Town in Enfield Town

Duke of York

Recommended Posts

Enfield Town’s volunteers did a great job of promoting the club at Enfield Town station from 6.15 this morning. There was plenty of positive feedback received from a wide-ranging cross section of our community.

Look out for the second wave of dedicated ETFC volunteers who are taking over the afternoon/early evening session if you’re travelling via Enfield Town station later today.

Well done to MC for organising the promotion. I’m sure it will prove to be a roaring success for Enfield Town FC and Enfield Town Ladies FC. Let’s hope we get lots of new faces down at Brimmo as a result of the days promotional activity.

Can I just check please which footbal shirts they were wearing because I really believe that we should be in either white and blue or the yellow. the black and red ones were not democratically chosen and the UN inspecters were not on hand to check the panel correctly and therefore are not representative of the real supporters of ETFC!

I would go further than that.

When did we vote to go to Enfield Town Station in any event and why not Southbury, Brimsdown or even Turkey Street not forgetting the Chase Line.

All totally undemocratic if you ask me.

Notwithstanding the previous comments may I take this opportunity to say "Well done" to the few that turned up. That and the presence at the Town Show demonstrate that we are a club that really does belong to the people! (Even if we cant vote on our strip)
