6.50pm! Came through the reservoirs but forgot to turn onto the Sewardstone Road so Andy suggested the A13. Nice fast road...until you hit the towns just outside Sarfend!!!

 

To cap it all, he trod a load of mud into the passenger seat carpet!!! I dunno, these 50+year olds!!!

Excuse me!!!

Who forgot to turn onto Sewardstone Road and then wanted to pick up the M25 in Essex? I merely suggested that it would save us the extra miles to hit the A406 and then go along the A13.

I was not asked to be navigator, merely a guest in your car. By the way, thanks for cleaning my boots.

A 6:50 departure time was far too late.

 

I had to go via Capel Road and then on to St Margarets - we left St Margarets at around 6:00 went via sawbo - Chelmsford - down the 130 and were at the ground by 7:30 - would have been quicker if I hadn't asked Tom Tom and relied on my experience to go via Battlesbridge. The way we came back.

 

Home in Hemel by 11:30
