I wonder if they will get a team together for the Wycombe senior cup final on Thursday against Flackwell Heath.

It has been a disastrous season from day 1, Far to many players selected time and again who were just not good enough,

A side that's been trying for promotion for the last decade, the facilities are up their with the best the premier can offer and has been consistently for a number of years, what they have on offer is more then enough for be at least a level above, what has happened to the club this year and the people involved in the club should have a real hard look at why, and if their the right people to take it forward

The new manager at the start of the season had to start from scratch as 95% of the 14/15 team left with the previous manager to join Hanwell Town. The players who played the majority of the first half of the season were not good enough.As more experienced players came in things looked a bit better but the league table does`nt lie and over the season the Hares deserved to be relegated. If Bedford had`nt been deducted 3 points Harefield would have finished bottom.As for who is to blame the answer is, Every one connected to the club who should have seen this coming and did nothing about it.   rant over.

Regarding pitstone's game today.

The club were informed at the end of last week that their fixture had been

Re-arranged for bank holiday Monday.

It was not possible to field a team as players and officials alike had already

Made arrangements for the bank holiday.

We would have fielded reserves for the game with pleasure had they been available.

In fact several of the reserves had already played against old bradwell in our

Previous 7-2 victory against them.

This is the only occasion this season where we have failed to field a team for either reserves or

First team.

The fixture was rearranged on Wednesday.

We were informed on Thursday, which is not enough time to ask players to re-arrange or cancel

Their bank holiday arrangements.

The e-mail was sent to all parties at 3.08pm on Wednesday.

The change was at the request of Pitstone to avoid them playing the night before their Cup Final

By moving the game I was doing the club a favour as the cup competition does not take priority over SSML fixtures as it as not their official County Cup.

Bit harsh. Everyone at this level is a volunteer. Let's not over react. Superb facilities and set up is not a divine right to stay in the league. Hares will be back. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you can reach the top. Trust me, I should know.
