I am still of the opinion that the report is leaning in a very concerning way towards poor old Romford.

I think we need to gain some influence within our council, how about some free tickets for our council members. LOL

or would they have to declare that as an interest.

No, they would not - they would however need to declare it in the Hospitality Register and also state whether they accepted or declined.
