Yes, that's true, Hector and I have chatted at length on a number of occasions in recent weeks. We would have had a longer chat tonight, had I not had to escort our goalkeeper to hospital at half time!! But Hector made time to come and see me in the stand and say hello and shake my hand. Lovely guy.

 

I saw Clement arrive bang on kick off, and he was on his own for a good half hour or so until Hector showed up. Looked a bit nervous stood there on his own.

 

I will most certainly be at The Copthall on Saturday Cliff, the chairman and I are the only officials available to attend the First Team game on Saturday. Therefore, don't go overboard on the sarnies! But I will deffo be there and have already arranged for Roger to pick me up in the Beemer at 1pm Saturday.

I have to say that I'm shocked and disappointed by this, did a Club official not approach Clement and ask if they could be of service

Kentish were not involved in the game so why would anyone approach him in that way. He was a normal paying spectator so why should he get preferential treatment to the other 60 odd paying spectators and as for asking him to be entertained in the boardroom you really do beleive he is the messiah

Yes but he's the highest profile individual involved with the SSML and has made a real name for our league with all the Worldwide publicity he has generated, surely that warrants a free cup of coffee and a buscuit.

Oh, that reminds me... does Clement not bother with queues or can 'the great one' just walk to front? Well he did last night, I had to wait an extra 20 seconds to get my tea at half time... disgraceful behaviour!!

He has acheived nothing and just because he has decent qualifications doesn't make him a God !!

 

To be honest and no disrespect intended but if he was that good and a complete star as Rhodes keeps making him out to be then why is he at South Midlands Division One Level.
