Let's face facts and say that all football songs are crap (with the exception of New Order, natch) and just accept the fact that although Cheer, Cheer may well be outdated and naff, it's unlikely that we'll find anything better (unless we give Barney Sumner a call)

Saw C & D at the Woodville Halls last year. Top night that was.

 

When are we going to get Cheer, Cheer the dance remix or even better, a punkrock/indie/alt-country cover?

Just need about 4 nice pics of your mates Jeff to go onto youtube with the lyrics for the new song. Only people that wont object. I do have one in the bar with you and DA11 in the background.

Song is just a bit of fun. not a replacement for Fleet, and is as annoying as hell in the tradition of crap Football songs.
I managed to avoid singing, so that was a bonus. I am sure most will slaughter it, but its a bedroom production :-) First time I have ever tried a song and it has opened my eyes. Hopefully have something for before Halifax for Youtube and free download.

It has to be said that Hempstead is just a tad classier than Chatham.
