Although it would be churlish not to welcome Conference South standard players to the club, we do not need new players any more - we need the ones we have got to settle doen and gel as a team. Continual squad rotation maked this process slower.

I think it makes it "almost impossible"
Is it not time now to stop all the movement in and out of Players and start to select "a team" on a regular basis.

OR

Is it that the Management have not got a clue who the "team" actually is ?

Tinkering is one thing, but this merry-go-round is another !!

Does anyone know how many players the new management have signed so far during their short time at the helm? I would guess about 25-35..Most of whom have either left or dissapeared.some without even playing,and some others with just one or two games under there belts before they departed.

I dont know much about Sean Ridgeway, but for a 21 year old he has been to a few clubs already, I just hope he is not another player signing with an impressive CV as RA did. I wish him all the luck to succeed of course.

 

I welcome back Kevin Stephens wholeheartedly, he is a player with strength, power and guts, he just needs to control the red midst.

 

We just need to plug the goals we are conceeding far too many, once thats achieved then wins should follow.

I see that Kevin Stephens came in thro' the revolving door and then straight back out - on his way to The Wood.

 

That *star* and Town favourite Rio has also gone out thro' the door -

on loan with Gary Abbott down at Sittingbourne for a month ( or so ).

He might just come back a better player. Miracles do happen sometimes. But on this occassion I am not quite sure.

As for Rio. No doubt we will lose money on this.

Kevin would have been a great addition to our squad, abling to replace a player without lowering the standard at all.

 

As for Rio, all I know is he was the worse player i've seen at ETFC, money not well spent, however, I hope he is history now and he can move on and so can our ETFC.
