agree, bu they are keen to continue in the Essex League whilst beign based in Herts.

Because it suits them the same way it did for us. When we formed ETFC, if we had joined the SSML then we would have had to start at their League 1 (step 6) and not their premier league. As the ESL only has the one level at step 5 it meant that we were able to prgress more quickly.

I believe the NHS is funded by central government and not local authorities.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the council is not putting in any money into the refurb other than the held share of proceeds from the Southbury Road masacre, which i strangely recall being 1.2m.

No.Laz threatened to take the council to court for that money.So after taking legal advice the council handed over that half of the money to him as well. (At the time he was still EFC chairman,i believe).

Do we have any plans for the re-construction/designs already or are these now given the green light to start.

 

Looking at those pictures, I hope we can use those seats in the stand & make use of them nearer the pitch in a new seating area.

Gazza + everyone else. As Paul Millington said this is a momentus moment for all the hard work the original members and friends have put in. We can all be proud of it.

 

However as a member too I would urge everybody to be patient as I'm sure the club are gonna need all the help we can all give and more so as to meet this great challenge to be ready for 2010.

 

Its time to congratulate our board on the greatest victory in our short history they have led well in this respect, now we need our team to maintain the recent good form for us to start thinking of a ply-off spot.

For starters we should be attracting local major firms for sponsorship, credit crunch or not. We have news international moving into the area very shortly, I'm all for the stadium being the News International Community Stadium, just an example or thought, could be something similar to Reebok stadium
