This sad excuse for a man has now replied to the match report just published on Twitter with ...

" Henshaw's tackle wasn't a bookable offence - he only went into the book under the pressure of your players surrounding the referee. Man of the match should have been the ball boy near us - countless times throwing the ball away, and kicking a second on to the pitch to waste time. "

What a pathetic little bully, blaming a 9 year old for Stortford's 4-0 loss !

I thought the excuse for losing against us was the grass was too long was the worst excuse I've heard but this poor excuse beats that hands down.

Saw that - well said Mike. It has all the hallmarks of a bad loser who has to find a reason to lash out at the opposition and that's the best he could come up with.

For the record there were no complaints from the officials or players or any coaching staff about the ball boys and they are being watched during matches.  They even go a load of high fives and thank yous after the game from both sides and the ref.  We are only a quarter of the way into the season and clearly teams do not like losing to us but have no excuses which shows how well the urchins have been playing.
