I can't really see the point in people going by train. Surely it would be better to drink in our bar ( i'm sure Jen will open early ) and then all travel as one. It will also be cheaper ( £5 for adults & £3 for kids ) ?????

At the moment there is about 20-30 of us going by train.Hopefully you will be able to fill the coach up without a few of the usuals as i would expect there to be a larger than usual away attendance because of the size of the game.

The thinking is that those going by train will make a bit of a day of it as we are planing on leaving around 9-9.30 and stopping at a couple of places on the way for beers and getting to kingston for around opening time,plus we will probably hang around after or at the least dissapear into london for a few beers.

Closest station is Norbiton, but there are buses running from Kingston and the walk from Norbiton is quite a trek anyway. Its a lovely 16 minutes by train for me, a relative home game!

Maidstone has brought the largest contingent of away supporters for quite sometime.

 

You can try and break the FC United of Manchester support who brought in excess of 900 a couple of seasons ago for a pre-season friendly.
