Same here, I can spend the day there as well!

 

In all fairness, Folkestone would have wanted today's game to go ahead because otherwise they will almost certainly find themselves in the relegation zone by the end of today. It only increases the pressure on themselves so I think we can be assured that it was entirely the refs decision today.

Shame, Folkestone are smarting from the walloping handed out on Monday and were a few short, so I guess they wont be upset.

 

I'm off to watch the Wombles v Horsham, not sure who to back, for safety sakes I'll cheer on the wombles, I think Horsham could do with being pegged back.

In the last 3 seasons I have yet to see the 'Seasiders' win a game either in Folkestone or away. So when the match is rearranged I am willing to attend for a small charitable donation to Kent Association for the Blind.

crikey you have much to learn....

they play midweek games on a monday and we will now not play themn until the very end of the season by which time they will be hoping that we are sorted and the game down there does not matter to us....

had we been in their position we would have done exactly the same...(allegedly)

hmmmmm we still made the journey left early to make a day out !!!

we went to ground at 2pm ! sun out and windy , looked at pitch seemed better than a lot of games that have gone ahead, a couple of smallish puddles in the middle but rest looked fine,a few ppl with forks would have been a idea gezzzzz...locals turning up couldnt understand why game off either !!!.

 

anyway then it was back to the car and home again , but wont be going back there again for sure... grrrrrrrr.

minibus would be a good idea as trains on the return theres only one after 10pm and gettin back out of London to home is a bit tricky! lol
