I am suprised that no kick off times have changed for this coming weekend, Last time England played Wales most teams changed their Kick off times so they watch the game. Is this a show of peoples thoughts on how the England team is being run.

I make you right NB......ive long since given up watching england and the fact that no teams have changed their kick off times is a statement itself!

The Doog Is King - You'll be able to get over to MK Wanderers then if that is the case

Sorry to ruin everyone's plans for Saturday but just been told that Tring Corries Reserves v Stony Stratford Reserves will now probably be off as Stony are unlikely to be able to raise a side.

Somewhat irritating492.gif

that is really bad at this level

It is really shoddy. The times I have had to run around getting players at the last minute because of late call ups to the first team or injury - and fielded a weakened side - when, if this attitude becomes the norm, I might as well have just not worried about it and conceded the 3 points.I hope it isn't becoming a trend.

And yes, Cliff, I will now be venturing to MK despite the potential allure of Matt Jarvis' England debut on TV excited.gif

Doog Is King - I can't see Matt Jarvis getting a game under that joker Capello but I hope you're right, hopefully MK Wanderers have Sky Sports in their Clubhouse so if Jarvis comes on as substitute you can make your excuses to Ian Richardson

I'd love for Leverstock to not be able to raise a side tomorrow!

PS Bit of a side step but does anyone know what Rayners Lane's pitch is looking like at the moment?

Go on Jarvo if he gets the nod and his impact is half of what Bully's was when he battered the Jocks in their own back yard the boy will be alright. Defo good enough no question

Lol - I will try and prepare my excuses in advance Cliff.

And Winslow Boy - Re Jarvo and Bully - I didnt know you were such an educated, well informed man...smilewinkgrin.gif

Every time I played on Rayners Lane's pitch it was always a lovely surface and a picturesque tree lined venue to be thoroughly enjoyed. I don't think anything has changed.

Some pics from 3 years ago - admittedly in August - but it is usually very well maintained throughout the season.

Thanks. I've got a game there on Sunday against their Vets.. it's usually an excellent passing surface but we'd heard that it got badly cut up during the heavy rain, hopefully the groundsman did his bit!
