I couldn’t make it yesterday but watching on Twitter was good enough, especially as that penalty cemented my thoroughly deserved win over the sprog.

 “The higher they climb, the harder they fall”, as Jimmy Ciff didn't quite sing.   But if he had, it would have been a most accurate description of Paul C’s week.  After 5 wins on the trot, winning for fun, smiting all before him, blah blah blah, he came up against Blackballed’s once-a-season moment of inspiration and haemorrhaged 19 goals. Actually, very well done indeed Mr Ball. That’s the second highest score of all time (equal). 

And I hope that the “C” in "Paul C" isn’t going to start standing for “complacency” Paul?

Hard luck to MikeMike and Baby Jago who were both only 1 out on the crowd – Just think, if you’d sorted me a lift you’d have been spot on and nabbed that crowd bonus.

Loads of other stuff probably happened too but I’ll let you work it out for yourselves. A high scoring week so please don’t bemoan your luck if you scored 10 and still lost.  You just have to get better.  Lord knows you've had enough practice.  I’ll have to toughen up the selections next week.
