You don't win 7 0 on the strength of just good play, that kind of victory has to be fought for and that we did, every man played his heart out and of course the early goal gave us a great start.

Elliott has come into the midfield and you would have thought he'd been there all season, Kris nodding balls off everywhere and "Greeny" at left back the very mode of consistency.

That's only three of course but then with the subs etching to get on at three nil up, Witham must have wondered what hit them, a master stroke Colin and well done, a brace from Amos and well pleased.

Nice one lads, roll on Tuesday.

there were a few urchins missing for different reasons but i only saw about 30 home fans in the ground and some of those were non paying as they appeared to come in half way through second half while i was having a jimmy and getting a burger.reckon we had 100 up there no problems which is not bad because of the ones we know didn't travel
