fair a/c angry sounds similar to what I heard. Top 6/7 not meant to be harsh I think the side will be well up there just being a bit conservative, I have you lot down as my dark horses for that div, majority of the lads well capable of playing Prem. We missing 5 first choice tonight Wiffin, doc, rocket, nath perna and brownie all back for start of season, hopefully with nick bennion to come back if Arsley don't sign him and Matt hall if Aylesbury fc don't sign him with those guys I hope we'll have enough to go the distance this year top 3. Good luck to you cb and the lads you'll defo upset a few this season. What did you make of little young lad in middle for us, (Diddy) 17 and from what I've seen looks a good prospect.

You didnt give the peno away did you.......wink.gif

dont miss caddington etc... to much

Yea it's gonna be a tough season for us..our biggest battle will be ourselves I think..but were all looking forward to it..there's a good buzz around the club & were all coming together nicely..got the dons on sat so that'll be a good test against whoever they bring!! To be

honest mate I didn't notice him..but when they got the ball down on the deck they looked a completely different

team..if they can do that abit more consistently I think they'll def be top 2

this year..nah it wasn't me...this time lol it was Ty Taylor!! Very soft...lol

yep agree with that. You'll have some cracking games this year, some good footballing sides in there and some very physical sides too.

Centre forwards tackling is bad enough let alone in the pen area.

Knebworth 3 Welwyn Garden City 3 (Pierro Bagarone, Jerome Cain, Dan Zienkowicz)

Knebworth Reserves 3 Welwyn Garden City Reserves 6 (Marc Arnott 2, Daryl Smith 2, Selch Ulug and Luke Webster)

I see these two games got a mention in the Welwyn & Hatfield Times:

I see that Milton Keynes Dons First Team are at Oxford United tomorrow so goodness knows what sort of a makeshift team they will put out at Ampthill Park:

It's just a crying shame that Rob Pattwell wasn't given more of a chance to succeed at Herns Lane, at least he will always be bracketed with Brian Clough

I see that Aston Clinton lost 4-2 at home to Chalfont Wasps last night (thursday) in a friendly played at Weston Turville:

Afraid that not being connected with the club last season I have no knowledge of what went on. My only information on his departure was that what was stated in the Welwyn Times.

Yes that's right, even the Welwyn & Hatfield Times raised their eyebrows that he wasn't given longer in the job

Knobhead !!!

I'd imagine Carl Robinson is on the phone now ringing around trying to put a team out to fulfill the fixture.
