It really should be - getting beaten by 4+ goals most weeks shouldn't be acceptable and fans paying their £14+ each week have the right to voice their opinions in light of that.

That being said, I've realised that we're treating this season as a 'holiday' from the Isthmian League - with scenic away days to the likes of Torquay, Truro, Bath...etc

We knew this season would be hard but playing games in the bottom half doesnt mean it ll be any easier.

We re finding out the hard way.....not sure we re learning though.

Its all very similar to Cheshunt's time in the NLS. They started the season with a majority of players who had got them up through the play-offs. It soon became clear that they weren't up to the step up. Gradually their squad changed with young loanees coming in. By the time they were more competitive the damage had been done.

Not sure there's very much we can do now other than adopt the brace position every Saturday afternoon!
