Talking about the current season, has it been officially ratified by the FA as null and void yet?

It would be good to get it in black and white as officially over and that we and other clubs will not be fined for refusing to play.

Ollie Bayliss Twitter dated 10th April 2021 :-

The FA Council has now ratified the decision to curtail the women’s season at Tiers 3-6.

In the men’s game, the curtailment of Steps 3-6 has also been confirmed but the recommendation to null & void Step 2, with no promotions or relegations, hasn’t yet been ratified.

I can only guess the hold up is due to clubs appealing the fines that were dished out.

Dorking have announced a squad of 23 for the 2021/22 season with further signings to be announced in early May.

I also understand Marc White wants to move out of Meadowbank and build a new stadium that is not artificial surface.

The FA has invited a number of clubs currently at steps 5 or 6 to apply for step4 Our friends at Binfield are one of the clubs selected.

I may be wrong, but surely it's step 5 to apply for step 4, and then step 6 to apply to fill in the then numerous gaps in step 5?

Blues dealt second loss of the season as their historic FA Vase run came to an end.

The result means that Binfield will advance to the competition's semi-final, where they will face step-six side United Services Portsmouth away.

Sean Moore scored the opener for Binfield early in the first half and Liam Ferdinand made it two just before half-time.

Moore and Ferdinand were at it again in the second half as Moore bagged his brace and Ferdinand wrapped up his hat-trick.

In the opening minutes of play Mitchell Robinson shrugged off the last man and attempted to chip the ball over Chris Grace from close range but failed to keep the shot down.

As the Blues continued to mount pressure on the visitor's goal, a long throw-in from Keiran Walker caused havoc in the 18-yard box. The ball bounced to Danny Gordon at the back post, who attempted a bicycle kick but could not find the target.

After a swift counterattack, Sean Moore almost scored the opener when he darted down the right wing and clipped the crossbar with a ferocious strike.

Just moments later Moore found the back of the net and gave the visitors the lead. A well-struck volley from the Moles' top goalscorer could not be stopped by Sam Wilson.

A great bit of link-up play between James Taylor and Danny Gordon fed the ball through to Jamie Walker, although the winger's volley from close range was blocked and bobbled wide of the target.

Moments before the break Ferdinand slotted the ball past Sam Wilson and into the bottom corner to double Binfield's advantage.

As Long Eaton trailed by two goals at the interval, Ian Deakin made two changes to the side. Klein Gwenero replaced James Taylor to make his first team debut and Danny Gordon made way for James Shaw.

Moore scored his second of the match one minute after restart. The forward was picked out by a wide free kick and flicked the ball in with a smart backheel.

In the 67th minute Ferdinand broke down the left wing and curled the ball in at the far post. His second goal of the match and Binfield's fourth.

Nine minutes later, Ferdinand hammered the ball into the roof of the net to get his hat-trick and round off the scoreline.

Romaine Graham pushed forward in the final minutes as the Blues searched for a consolation goal. Graham found his way into the goalmouth and backheeled the ball to Jamie Walker, who struck the outside of the post, just inches away from the top corner.
