One week to Darlo.   Let’s hope the boys are more organised than my mysterious fixture selection of Colchester v Tranmere – which is apparently scheduled for the end of March!  Still, nice of Diamond Geezer and Luke to point it out (thanks men) – though I note both went on to lose – coincidence? – I think not!

The biggest beneficiary was a Mr C. McBride who banged in the maximum 4 goals to claw back an improbable 7-3 pre-contingency deficit against The Baby to run out 7-7.   Cue much gnashing of teeth (and whaling wailing) at Jago Avenue. 

And you have to feel sorry for Mick The Bat and The Hatted One (no really, you do) – joint Golden Boot winners who just happened to be playing each other.  Tee hee.  (And yes Blackballed, I know you also scored 12 but it “spoils the narrative” as they say). 

Meanwhile if you think a gnat's bottom is tight (allegedly), check out the top seven places in Div 1.  Testament to the quality of the league I’m sure (interpret that as you will).  And yes, Dinamo, you’re still doing very, very well.  Bostin.  But it won’t last while I’m in charge.

Yep. In my day job correct spelling is important so I have become quite proficient at proof reading so "attantion" (sic) just jumped off the page begging for correction.
As to the prediction (just in case that had caught your eye) I do fancy us for a draw.
