Offside,we never talk about Budgets or Money on this forum.Slimming and Diets is the latest craze for our Refs though,if only George Osborne knew Kroons was partaking,he could of solved the N.D.C. in one fell swoop.

Will Windsor have the same enormous budget as next year? What exactly is the budget at Wembley? Any other clubs with new sugar daddies or Scottish clubs wwaiting in the wings? Who has got council help this year? Should the European fair play initiative extend down to this level where you can only spend what you make? ;)

Why should players do it for Free,do supporters travel 3 times a week to train and play NO.Should they subsidise their Clubs, just for the love of them NO.Will any team in the Premier get promotion,if they do not pay NO.If a player gets injured, will their Club pay their Wages NO.Do Officials do it for Free NO,Why not? Hope that answers your questions Offside.

Yes, I've been told that Windsor will be paying out another £65,000+ this coming season on their playing/management budget, so no more excuses, like being a new team, didn't have a squad until 6 weeks before season kicked off, didn't know the CCL Premier standard and all the others we've heard on this forum.....

Now, with a similar budget to last season, the honeymoon period is over and the pressure is really on Scott and his players this season to achieve, be champions and get promoted, it won't be easy, but IF the players stay accompanied with the budget get new players, they should win the

league, if not.......... :404: !!!

There appears to be a good sized budget at Knaphill, Frimley Green and Eversley in Div 1 this season....all looking for promotion I assume. Who can blame them as it seemed to work for the 'big budget boys' who won promotion last year!!

Smudge why should a club pay a player if gets injured its his choice to play as any sunday morning player dose? the club pays the officials,so the player can play ?how do the players subsidised the club ,surely the club only exists for the players .the supporters pays towards paying for the clubs overheads so the player can play and still he holds his hand out .i do take your point about the Prem club getting promoted;;;so who,s the better manager the one who throws money at winning the league or the manager who keeps his side in the league on nothing so the money clubs can get out of the league??

I dont think any player should be peid at this level but the fact is they are and some of them are extremely well paid there is never gonna be a level playing field which is why teams who dont have a budget can consider themselves sucessful if they remain in the league, surely the ones with the budgets should be aiming to win something or what is the point, many of the clubs who pay players can't afford to do so and always end up in a financial mess you don't get a better player for 10 or 20 pounds but you do get into difficulties if you have to pay it every week and thats why it always turns out ugly, give me someone (probably a local lad )who wants to play for a club and would rather spend money than the 10 or 20 pound merchant who will wait untill 6 o'clock go to another club to spend it.
