During a Conference for Trial Attorneys at the famous John Marshall Law School in Chicago this week it was made abundantly clear in a key note speech and presentation that Italian Police investigating the death of Meredith made multiple errors in handling DNA evidence. The presentation by Greg Hampikian and Tom Zupancic focused on errors made in collecting DNA at the crime scene that compromised the investigation and no doubt caused Police to reach erroneous conclusions or allowed the evidence to be manipulated. Attorneys at the high profile event were stunned to hear how incompetent Italian forensic analysts and prosecutors connected to the case manipulated and withheld evidence, one stated 'such behavior would never have been tolerated in the American system, it shows an inherent contempt for fairness and the concept of justice and is a serious breach of acceptable judicial practices':

Guantanamo Bay and the various other Rendition Facilities the US have placed prisoners without trials or recourse to solicitors is a serious breach of acceptable judicial practices I suppose.

Trouble with Yanks is that they like their cake and eat it.

Loosely – Yes but not to the extent poor Amanda and Rafaelle have been treated and victimised by the Italians, the criminals ‘housed’ at Guantanamo Bay and other such like facilities in the US deserve to be there for one reason or another

.............so we'd better not mention Britain allowing the CIA the use of Stanstead Airport to make their rendition flights for interrogation purposes abroad a bit esasier a few years ago.

OOOOPS  -  I just have !!,

I'm afraid that none of us know anything of the sort Rhodesly, at least 'Manda & Rafa got to see solicitors after they viciously deprived a young girl of her right to live. The Detainees are all under suspicion until they've been tried in any courts of law and they have been completely denied justice. Meredith was denied any chance of justice by Knox and her accomplices.

More coverage of the high profile Conference for Trial Attorneys at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago on 29 May where the handling of DNA evidence was absolutely ridiculed by top US experts, enjoy:

Your spot on Mr Rhodes following taken from your link

Meredith Kercher had her life destroyed. Patrick Lumumba had his life destroyed. Knox destroyed her own life by participating in a murder and lying to investigators during a murder investigation.

From the horses mouth itself it would seem. If they know so much more than we mere mortals then we can't argue with that summary.

Cup of Tea - Like I've said before what if it was your daughter or son who had been wrongly convicted of a murder they clearly didn't commit, you wouldn't just sit on your hands would you

Why ask different people the same question?

Any decent person would support their child, yet at the same time you would expect your child to serve the time and once released you would support them to rebuild their lives as a free person.
