Squeaky Bum Time.   And I’m not talking about the Isthmian Prem.

Rare wins for Blackballed and Luke (who had lost his previous 6 in a row) mean they both cling onto a slender hope of survival.  "Hope", of course, being a terrible thing in this unfair world.  But these wins also consign Old Urchin to the fetid pastures of Div 2 after his brief holiday in the limelight.  Unlucky Old’un, better luck next time.

Up at the top, Dinamo lost ground (aka “blew it”), and it looks like the winner will now come from one of The Lord, Sir Colin or Ozz.    Will we have a first-time winner?

In Div 2, Lady Jago fluked a win and looks odds-on for the title after Adrian lost badly to fellow spud UrchinYid… but he still has a chance.  But the big mover was Paul C who belted in an astonishing 15 goals to sneak into the play-offs on goals scored.  It’s all terribly tight – everyone down to "not so" Fat Tom has a good chance of making the playoffs – while Mick The Bat, Marta, and UrchinYid all still have a realistic shot at auto-promotion.

How exciting.

And then there’s Diamond Geezer.  And MikeMike.  Not their year!
